Planning for Growth and Open Space Conservation Webinar Series

A discussion of the programs the Forest Service utilizes to preserve open space through conservation easements and land acquisitions.

Jeff Vail will give an overview of the Lands and Realty Management program with special emphasis on the Land and Water Conservation Fund, Deirdre Raimo will discuss Forest Legacy and Community Forest and Open Space programs, and Kyle Jones will provide a case study of projects on the National Forests in Florida. Photo credit Kathryn Conant.
