Harold Draper D.Sc.

Draper, Harold

Harold Draper served on the NEPA staff of the Tennessee Valley Authority for 17 years, focusing on reservoir land management, public land planning, transportation, and stream permitting in addition to transmission and utility projects.  He is current president of the National Association of Environmental Professionals (2013-14).  He was past president of Tennessee Trails Association, committee chair for Southern Appalachian Man and the Biosphere Program, and a volunteer in Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  He now works on projects across the United States with Burns & McDonnell in Kansas City.
